Giv2 lets you track transactions in real time - opt to receive an email after each transaction with its details.
Every time someone completes a transaction using Giv2, you can receive a notification email.
This email includes:
Name of the donor
Their email address
Which of your Giv2 QR codes was used
The value of the transaction
Remember: Giv2 sends them a receipt so you don't need to worry about it.
Instead, you can focus on tracking the analytics on which of your QR's they used. Is your Facebook post getting a good donation conversion rate? Is poster B getting a better response than the others? Perhaps a corporate partner's campaign is heating up.
If you are using a Contribution QR code to let people pay for your sausage sizzle, this emailed notification is confirmation they have paid (or they can show you the "Thank you" page on their screen).
And remember, you'll get all this info in your monthly transaction summary report.
